Engagement Survey 2024

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the Cranston Residents Association. Over the past twenty-five years, we have supported Cranston’s tremendous growth by providing facilities, recreational programming and events, and community maintenance programs that enhance the community we call home.

In 2022, our Association assumed the sole responsibility of its operations, governance, and maintenance from Brookfield, the community developer, through a planned turnover. Since then, the elected Board of Directors and the Century Hall operations team have been working together to plan for Cranston’s future.

This year, the Association is focused on developing a strategic plan. To be successful, we require important feedback from Cranston residents and property owners.

The first step is facilitating a community-wide survey. The survey is anonymous, and we are asking for only one submission per property. At the end of the survey, you are welcome to provide your contact details if you are interested in participating in future targeted focus groups. The information you share will go directly to our Board of Directors.

The survey focuses on Residents Association-owned land and assets managed by the Association. We are looking for feedback on the services, programs and amenities your household currently uses and any areas for improvement.
