RE: Notice of Annual General Meeting

Enclosed please find the Notice of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the Association, the Meeting Minutes of the AGM held on October 25th, 2022, the Report of the Board of Directors, the Audited Financial Statements for the 2022-23 fiscal year, Information Circular, Schedule A-Amended Articles, Schedule B- Revisions to Articles and a Proxy Form.
Please review the enclosed information and plan to virtually attend the AGM, or submit your proxy form as indicated. The AGM is being held in-person at 7:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 24th, 2023. Residents who plan on attending the AGM must pre-register on www.cranstonra.ca prior to 5:00pm on Sunday, October 22nd, 2023. The meeting check-in will begin at 6:30pm and the meeting will begin promptly at 7:00pm, any late arrivals will be unable to vote once the scrutineers report has been delivered.
Please assist your volunteer Board of Directors by attending the AGM or sending in your proxy form.
