How It Works

Library Hours (Borrow & Return): 11 AM – 6 PM daily

Please Note:
Library hours are set to align with on-site staff availability. Our team is available during these times to assist with the borrowing and return of tools and outdoor gear. Access outside of posted hours is not possible as staff are not on site to support these services.

Rental Period:
Most tools: 3 days from pick-up
Outdoor equipment (e.g. kayaks, paddleboards, game bins): 5 days (no renewals)

Phone Renewals:
Call to renew before your current period ends (i.e. by day 3 for tools)
Renewal line open 9 AM–9 PM (holidays 10 AM–6 PM)

Event Blackout: Closed during major events (Stampede, Cranchella) while maintenance staff are off-site

2. Select “Create Account” and fill in your details
3. Sign the Waiver & Indemnification Form

Key Borrowing Policies

  • Must be 18+ with a signed Waiver & Indemnification Form

  • Late fees begin after the standard rental period (day 4 for tools, day 6 for outdoor gear):

    • Hand & power tools, bins,: $5/day

    • Kayaks & paddleboards: $10/day

    • Capped at replacement cost + $15 admin fee

  • Items must be returned clean & in working order by 6 PM on their due date

  • One phone-in renewal per item (no auto-renew)
