Temporary Hours

Thank you for your inquiries regarding the temporary change in operational hours. We would like to take this opportunity to further clarify for your understanding.


Due to an internal staff testing positive for COVID-19, which resulted in many of our team members being required to quarantine due to close contact, we have had to reduce our hours. With the current team we have available, we have adjusted hours to reflect the best outcome we can offer residents at this time. Health and Safety is our number one priority for both staff and residents and we want to ensure we are taking all the necessary precautions, while following all AHS regulations, to keep everyone as safe and healthy as possible.


As per AHS regulations, anyone testing positive for COVID-19 is required to isolate for a minimum of 10 days or until symptoms have gone. Anyone who is considered close contact is required to quarantine for 14 days minimum, and if symptoms become present, an additional 10 days from that point.
We are very hopeful that we will see our full team back by Friday January 22, at which point we will review out staffing requirements and be able to return to regular operating hours. We understand that this has been frustrating for many of you and appreciate your patience and support as we temporarily adjust for the next two weeks.
