Denis Greve
Tai Chi
I started my martial arts training at the age of 13. At that time, it was all hard or external martial arts. After my high school years, I got more into meditation and exploring more esoteric modalities like ESP courses, Silva mind control, and Kundalini yoga. Then when I was 30, I started getting back into martial arts; mainly Kung Fu; which introduced me into the internal or softer arts, like Taiji, Qiqong, and Bagua. Some years after that my practice became more spiritual. I started practicing Reiki and healing arts which led me to a shamanic practice and mediumship. Long story short, it is all connected, everything from the hard or soft styles of martial arts to the remote viewing, mediumship, and shamanism. All these modalities over the years have become a part of who I am and what I teach. Though the focus is Taiji and Qigong for health, I draw upon everything I have practiced throughout the years.
