HOA Fee Information

Residents of Cranston are reminded that annual Cranston Residents Association (CRA) Fees are due as of April 1 annually. The CRA is a not-for- profit organization which manages assets owned by the Association, for the benefit of Cranston residents. An encumbrance is registered on all property titles in Cranston in favor of your Association to ensure annual payments are provided in accordance with the Articles of Association. Membership is mandatory and applies to each and every property owner in Cranston. The Association, including the operation of Century Hall, is administered by a Board of Directors made up of Brookfield Residential and resident representatives.

The CRA annual fees support maintenance of the 22,000 square foot Century Hall Facility and seven acre outdoor Park, CRA events, activities, programs and the Cranston Connect website. The CRA also owns and maintains several decorative corners, the Art Park, the Windmill site and Cranston entry features. Benefits of membership include access to the Century Hall Facility and outdoor Park, and resident rates for CRA programs and rentals.

A membership card is mandatory for all users 10 years old and older at Century Hall. Members can pick up their membership cards at the front desk. Adults must show photo ID and youth 10 – 17 years old must be accompanied by a parent to receive their new card. The Cranston Century Hall Code of Conduct must be signed by all members in order to receive a card.
